Please read the below in its entirety before booking your appointment. This will assist me with knowing exactly what service to provide.

LOCATION

BOOKING

All clients must book through this site to ensure all appointments are kept! No Exceptions! I will no longer be responsible for any appointments that were missed due to them not being on my calendar.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to lock in your appointment! Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit remains unpaid after 24 hours, your requested slot will be made available to other clients.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to other clients. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a 40% late cancellation fee. This means you forfeit 40% of the total service cost.

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 all clients must wear a mask upon entering the salon and during the appointment. No Exceptions! Clients must complete COVID-19 waiver located on the website. You will beaked to sanitize hands upon arrival and when departing to ensure the safety of all clients and employees.

 

ADD-ON SERVICES

When booking your appointment, please pay attention to the service type as it may require an add on service. For example, if you select a retwist only service but you require a wash, you would need to select the wash add on when booking.

A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to book your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service and is non-transferable.

No Entourage.

No Service on Credit.

​

Loc Extensions, Instant Locs, Loc Combining, and Loc Reattachment services REQUIRE a consultation prior to booking an appointment. Please select Consultation FIRST before booking these services. This cost is separate.

 

IF YOU ARE A MICROLOC CLIENT please READ BELOW :

 

• If you are a transfer client, you MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION FIRST NO EXCEPTIONS

• If you are a transfer client, there is an additional $150 transfer fee for the First Retie NO EXCEPTIONS

• Microloc Installations/Transfer Reties all require consultations FIRST. Please book a consultation prior to booking an appointment for these services.

• You must not exceed the 5-6 week window in between Reties or there is an additional fee for each week there after starting at week 6 NO EXCEPTIONS!  ​
